i have had rather given up coffee
well today i fell off the wagon
i know sad but i did last a good long time
so here is what happened today:
woke up,
got ready,
school work,
class,
CAFFEINE DRINK!!....
twitching,
sarcasm,
last class,
texting during last class,
more twitching and anxious laughter,
more texting,
end of class,
begining of crash!!!!
happiness
ANXIETY!!
chicken sandwich,
paranoia,
EXTREME PARANOIA!
happiness,
mania
ultra MANIA!!
and last crash
sooooooooooooo.....
yeah im not sure if going back on coffee is the best decision for me. honestly i have never had such a reaction to coffee but i guess it was because i hadnt had some in so long.
but you live you learn
my bead today is a coffee bean dedicated to the highs and lows of my day
