Today was another day of progress and getting out of the house and my mind for a bit, went out for Chinese food...it wasn't good but meh I'm happy we tried a new place....and I finished a hat

Not a bad day, just out of my usual schedule which I think I really needed I got out of the house, got out of the workspace a good portion of the day and was able to get outside of my head for a few hours...that's been a really big problem lately but it's good to get a break every once in a while, I'm going to institute the "you gotta get the fuck out of the house at least 3 times a week and out of the workspace at least 2 hours a day, and 30 minutes of outside time a day...no exceptions!"

Been attempting to work all day...most of the work actually happened within the last few hours  since a vast majority of the day I've been struggling with me either feeling absent or just frustrated that creativity didn't come naturally today
But it did eventually come, I'm almost done with a painting and I just had an idea for a show that I'm participating in....I have to drop the finished pieces off Thursday....so yeah I'm going to attempt t make a brand new from scratch sculpture and have it completed in 2 and a half days...

Been working on writing up an artist bio for an upcoming ng show pretty much all day long, I've struggled with my words all day long but after some meditation, incense
One of my favorite scents rose and hibiscus, it's a bright fuchsia stick that emits a pink waft of smoke...

Pretty nice Friday if I do day so myself, I finally got a little bit of sleep which really helped start my day off well, I got to see my sister, Watch movies, knit, cook with my mom, spend time with krackers, and I even got a new toy in the mail a cute little deer called Doe.

Had a super manic day....
Sculpted another toy
Finished and framed a watercolor painting
Refined two sculptures and packed them to go to their shows
Got the one hanging wall piece actually able to be hung on the wall
Primed and started painting one of the skateboard decks that I've got for an upcoming show
I snuck some orange and yellow into that painting event though the subject is a lot of neutral browns the orange and yellow make it pop

Was super super super boring today
Painting and knitting in the early morning
The most of the rest of the day was occupied either cleaning, searching for things (& actually finding some including my copy of art and fear, an Indian cookbook, some jars, dome and a frame
And a beautiful rich purple tuft of llama that's what today's bead is made of

For some reason I want to make a hat...so I did I casted on a wool and bamboo mix a deep mossy color, really rich and it reminds me of old sweaters and butterflies/ moths..it's a pretty small skein so I hope that it'll last to make a full hat, I've had moths and butterflies on the brain and most likely will be doing quite afew artworks based on it

Spent the last six or so hours at an art/sorta craft booth
Fist in the heat and humidity of mid July....yeah..like really fucking hot to the point that it almost hurts to breath....to misty and rainy weather that ended up soaking the place...but I ended up having a pretty great time despite that. I finally got to actually go and get out of the house and interact with some amazingly creative, kindhearted and talented artist. Afterwards a buddy and I went out for Waffle House and Starbucks....

Pretty  difficult day, it didn't start off that badly but unfortunately digressed as the day went on. I installed a new shelf and cubby and ended up cleaning up my room..is now emaculate in my opinion and I have tons of floor space now..it's kind of Weird but nice at the same time. After I cleaned I had a really bad fibro flare up super quickly.

Finally feeling artistically so much better! Worked for a couple hours on a sewing project with a buddy and it went really well, I feel here again I have a few ideas coming and am still working on stuff for fun to last me through the night since I feel so creative!!

Bead 703 & 704

I didn't forget yesterday's bead there was a super bad thunderstorm and power came on and off all night...pain wise it was rough I fell asleep for a good long while...well about three hours which unfortunately lately has been the maximum  amount of sleep I've been able to get....woke up starving and feeling sick in the middle of the night..so I got up and made me a super late brinner..

Today my mom and I had another yard sale  for art supply qnd spending money for the remainder of the summer since I don't get as  steady of pay I need, made about 97$ total and got allot of clutter out of the house and out of my mind, I'm trying to get out of this artistic rut I've been in for the past 2 weeks....working tomorrow so hopefully that will go swimmingly and kickstart the rest of me
And get me out of my funk, today was the fist time in awhile the sky was actually blue and sort of clear...

Trying day...laptop is still kaput...(hoping to get some cash soon to replace the battery)
I haven't been as motivated to work on art and today was a contination of such...it's been super dark and rainy so morale  and motivation always wain it times like this but today especially was tough..I did get a great package in the mail containing a mini GID "dragon baby" it's soo cool, I've already painted it a nice aqua tone with a few darker portions too

It feels like morning to me..I want to make bread pudding, coffee and to paint outside in the sunshine.....it's 9 at night....
I tried a new sleep medication..and it worked....a bit too well..
I took a half dose pretty late last night and it stayed with me pretty much all day I was a narcoleptic in the early morning and have been zombie like for the remainder of the day
